COSHH Assesssments
We support businesses across Northern Ireland with their COSHH duties.
A COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessment reviews substances used in your workplace to identify potential health risks and determine appropriate control measures.
This includes chemicals, dusts, fumes, vapours and biological agents.
What We Assess

-
Chemicals and cleaning products

Paints, solvents and adhesives
-
Dusts from processes (e.g. wood, metal, powders)
-
Fumes and vapours from operations
-
Storage and handling arrangements
-
Exposure routes (inhalation, skin contact, ingestion)
-
Existing control measures
Where flammable substances are involved, a DSEAR risk assessment may also be required.
